History

Lumen Education Consulting was founded by Justin Lu and June Lu—united by a mission to give young talents personalized guidance for elite UK school admissions.

Justin, a former Winchester College Head of House, already had a track record tutoring students to top schools (Eton, Harrow) and scholarships. June brought 20 years of elite early years admissions expertise, plus first-hand experience as a parent of son at Eton, Harrow, and Tonbridge.

Rejecting one-size-fits-all plans, we built Lumen on "bespoke care," growing a team of Oxbridge graduates, former school leaders, and examiners. Today, our history is defined by trust: 100% of students get offers from their top 3 schools, backed by our offer-guarantee.
